About The Beauty Room
Lucie is the founder of The Beauty Room Birmingham. Specialising in advanced skin treatments with zero downtime, her passion lies in skin health. With a warm, empathetic approach, she helps clients not only achieve visible results but also feel confident from the inside out. Lucie believes true skin confidence goes far deeper than the surface. While she recognises that a few tweaks can complement a good skincare routine, they are no substitute for long-term skin health.

Booking & Consultation Information
Booking Fee
A £30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All treatments are charged per session.
Due to high demand, we recommend booking in advance, particularly if scheduling multiple sessions.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the remaining balance, which is payable in full on the day of treatment.
Consultation & Skin Analysis
Every new client begins with a consultation and detailed skin analysis to assess their concerns and goals. During this, we’ll advise on the most suitable treatments and create a tailored plan.
Consultation & Skin Analysis — £60
Consultation, Skin Analysis & Taster Treatment — £90

Cancellations
72 hours’ notice or more → Booking fee is retained.
Within 24–72 hours → Loss of booking fee.
Within 24 hours → 50% of the treatment cost is due.
Same-day cancellation or no-show → 100% of the treatment cost is due.
