• Start with clean, dry skin. Remove all makeup, SPF and skincare.

Fit the mask

• Connect the mask to the fully charged controller.
• Place the mask over your face with LEDs facing the skin and secure using the adjustable head straps so it sits close but comfortable.

Treat Switch the device on and relax for the full 10-minute treatment. The mask will automatically switch off when the session is complete. Aftercare

• Remove the mask and gently apply your prescribed serums or moisturiser. If using in the daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF.
• Wipe the mask with a soft, non-abrasive cloth or wipe and allow it to dry before storing.

• For very reactive or sensitive skin, begin with 2–3 sessions per week and increase if comfortable.

• Use with certain active skincare or medication - Caution is advised if you are using strong retinoids (including prescription-strength), high-concentration benzoyl peroxide or are currently taking oral isotretinoin (Accutane). • Darker skin tones with a history of pigmentation changes - People with a tendency to pigment or with deeper skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) may very rarely experience temporary pigmentation changes with blue light therapy; seek personalised advice before starting.
