Step by step
- Charge the controller
- Fully charge the controller before first use. Indicator lights will show when charging is complete, as outlined in the user guide.
Prepare your hands
- Cleanse hands and wrists and dry thoroughly.
- Do not apply thick creams, SPF or oils before treatment as these can block the LED light from penetrating the skin. A light, water based serum is usually fine if needed for comfort.
Fit the glove
