We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow yourself to relax before your treatment. We may not be able to extend treatment times for late arrivals.
A deposit maybe required upon booking certain services.
Booking & Cancellation Policy –
We are currently experiencing a high volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations.
As you can appreciate we are really busy and I’m struggling to get clients booked in at the moment.
We ask you give a minimum of 24 hours notice, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We will now be charging a deposit of 50% of the treatment value. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hours notice then we will not be able to refund your deposit.
Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be required to pay for all future appointments in advance. In the event of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged.
Clients who have paid in advance for a course of treatments.
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid in full in advance of the first treatment. If you wish to cancel your appointment we will need to know 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to cancel or rearrange will result in the loss of the treatment
Vouchers
All vouchers for courses are non refundable
A deposit can be arranged by the following ways:
In person in our salon, we accept most major Credit/Debit/Switch cards (Except American Express) / Cash – We do not accept cheques.
Bank transfer using our bank details; The Beauty Room Sort Code 30.16.84 Account Number 20039460. Kindly text our salon number 07931276413 after you have made the transaction stating your name date and time of your booking so that we know you have paid.
Using our payment on our website using PayPal.

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel your appointment we will need to know 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to cancel or rearrange will result in the loss of the treatment from your course.
Group Bookings
A deposit of £10 per person will be taken on booking for all treatments under £25 and a 50% deposit for treatments over £25. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late arrival
Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment time may result in reduced treatment time with the full fee being charged, and/or the need to cancel and rebook your appointment. Please note, whilst we make every effort to ensure that your appointment runs to schedule, there may be occasions, for reasons beyond our control when your appointment time may run a little late. Compensation is not offered under these circumstances.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place as a courtesy to other clients who wish to make suitable appointments, as there has been a high volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations, which in turn other clients have been unable to come into the salon.
